What is Longevity Based?

Longevity Based is a leading online retailer specializing in cutting-edge biohacking devices, red light therapy panels, cold plunges, saunas, and other longevity-focused wellness tools. We proudly serve customers across the U.S., helping them build high-performance wellness spaces at home with best-in-class technologies.


1. When will I receive my order?

Once you place your order, it enters our processing queue. Most orders take 3 business days to process before leaving the warehouse.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. Shipping times vary based on your location and the product’s weight but typically range between 6–10 business days within the continental U.S.

If there's a delay or the item is backordered, we’ll contact you immediately with updates.


2. How do you ship your products?

We ship most orders via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or trusted freight carriers for larger items. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. For larger items like cold plunges or saunas, we use specialized freight partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.


3. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Some products may be available for shipment to Canada. If checkout allows you to enter your international address, your order will be processed. For questions about international availability, please contact us directly.


4. How do I track my order?

In-stock orders will typically ship within 5 business days of payment processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. My item arrived damaged—what do I do?

If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us immediately at support@longevitybased.com. Please include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • 3–5 clear photos or a short video

  • Your order number

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost and cover return shipping, if applicable. Please allow 24–72 hours for our team to respond and 5–10 business days for replacement delivery.


6. What if my item is missing?

If your tracking says “Delivered” but the item is missing, first check with neighbors and around your property. If the package still can’t be located, contact us.

We offer a one-time replacement for missing items when delivery is confirmed but the item is not received. If the delivery error was on our or the carrier’s end, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost. Repeated reports of missing items from the same address may be reviewed before further action.


7. Is your website secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. Stripe is a globally trusted payment platform with advanced encryption and fraud prevention protocols to protect your data.


8. Will I be charged customs fees?

For U.S. customers, no. If your item ships internationally and customs fees apply, the buyer is responsible for covering those costs. Contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
