1. When will I receive my order?

Most orders take 3 business days to process before leaving the warehouse.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days within the continental U.S., depending on your location and the item’s size.

If there's a delay or the item is backordered, we’ll notify you promptly.

2. How do you ship your products?

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or trusted freight carriers for larger items. Tracking information is provided upon shipment. Larger items like cold plunges and saunas are delivered via freight to ensure secure handling.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We primarily ship within the U.S. Some products may be eligible for delivery to Canada. If checkout accepts your international address, your order will be processed. For questions, contact us directly.

4. How do I track my order?

In-stock items usually ship within 5 business days after payment. You’ll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. My item arrived damaged—what do I do?

Please email support@longevitybased.com with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • 3–5 clear photos or a short video
  • Your order number

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost. Return shipping will be covered if applicable. Please allow 24–72 hours for a response and 5–10 business days for replacement delivery.

6. What if my item is missing?

If tracking says “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property.
  2. If not located, contact us.

We offer a one-time replacement for missing items with confirmed delivery. Repeated issues from the same address may require review.

7. Is your website secure?

8. Will I be charged customs fees?

  • U.S. customers: No.
  • International orders: Customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
