The honest comparison
Most of our machines are also listed on marketplaces and sold direct from overseas factories. This is what changes depending on where you buy.

Authorized retailer
Every item is new and sold under an authorization from the brand or its US distributor. Each name links to the brand's page.
Free on every order in the lower 48, including saunas, tubs and machines that travel by freight. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted per order. In-stock items ship within 3 business days; lead times for the rest are on the product page.
30-day returns on eligible items in new condition; most non-exchange returns carry a 25 percent restocking fee plus return shipping, and custom items are final. Manufacturer warranties are listed per product and arranged through us.
Shop Pay Installments on qualifying orders from $35 to $30,000: split payments at 0 percent on smaller orders, 3, 6 or 12 months on larger ones. The monthly figure is shown at checkout before you commit.

The people
