Longevity Based is a US retailer of longevity, recovery and aesthetic equipment, run from Cerritos, California. This page is the short version of who you are buying from: the company, the brands we are authorized to sell, what happens after you order, and the people who pick up the phone.
Who we are
Longevity Based is an online retailer, not a manufacturer and not a marketplace. We stock 459 products from 33 brands: red light therapy devices, home saunas, cold plunge tubs, recovery tools, hydrogen water machines, hyperbaric chambers, PEMF and infrared mats, blue light glasses, body composition scales and health trackers, fitness equipment and professional aesthetic machines. Every item is new, ships from the US, and carries its manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell supplements.
After you order
The same four steps for a $26 torch and a $9,000 laser. The numbers come from our shipping and return policies, so nothing here is a promise we cannot keep.
Payment is pre-authorized while we confirm stock with the supplier. In-stock items ship within 3 business days; lead times for the rest are on the product page. Shipping is free in the lower 48; Alaska and Hawaii are quoted per order. You can cancel free of charge any time before it ships (custom and made-to-order items excepted).
Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Standard delivery runs 6 to 9 business days (SGROW items 13 to 18). Large items such as saunas, tubs and machines travel by freight carrier; ask us before ordering if you need liftgate or inside delivery and we will tell you what is possible.
Inspect the packaging before you sign and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Photograph the box, the item and the label, and email support@longevitybased.com within 24 hours. We file the carrier claim and arrange the replacement; you do not deal with the freight company.
Every product page lists its manufacturer warranty, and warranty service is arranged through us, so you have one contact. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days in new condition; most non-exchange returns carry a 25 percent restocking fee plus return shipping, and custom items are final. The people
Longevity Based is a small company. Jacob Gendron founded it in 2025 and still handles most product questions, quotes and warranty cases himself, and the phone, email and chat are answered from the same small team during business hours. If you call about a machine, you are talking to someone who has sold and supported it before.
On a four-figure purchase you should be able to reach the person who can actually fix a problem. That is the whole reason the company stayed small.

Longevity Based started in 2025 because the equipment that serious home users and clinics wanted (red light panels, saunas, cold plunges, hyperbaric chambers, aesthetic machines) was scattered across manufacturer sites, marketplaces and overseas listings with no one standing behind the sale. We put it in one place, as an authorized US retailer, with one set of shipping, return and warranty terms.
