Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know it has been received and your payment has been pre-authorized. We’ll then check with our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and ready to ship.

If your item is in stock and ready to ship within 3 business days, we’ll process your payment and begin preparing your order for shipment.
If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we’ll cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email.

Standard Order Shipments

In-stock orders will typically ship within 3 business days of payment processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of dispatch. Transit time is typically 6 days from shipment date. Total delivery time time is typically between 6-9 days.

SGROW Products Shipments

SGROW products require up to 3 business days for order processing after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of dispatch.

Estimated transit time after shipment is 10–15 business days. Total delivery time, including processing and transit, is typically 13–18 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship outside the United States, with limited exceptions. If checkout allows you to enter an international address (e.g., Canada), your order may be eligible for delivery.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate address changes. Please note:

Shipping delays may occur due to changes.
Any additional freight fees or rerouting costs are the customer’s responsibility—no exceptions.

Estimated Shipping Times

All shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. While we strive to ensure quick fulfillment, external factors like carrier delays, supply chain issues, and freight volume may impact delivery.

Important: If you choose to cancel your order due to delayed delivery, you will be responsible for any related shipping charges, storage fees, or restocking costs.

Filing a chargeback for shipment delays will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in legal action. No exceptions.
