At Longevity Based, we take pride in offering a flexible and transparent return policy, aiming to provide one of the best experiences in the industry.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it ships at no cost.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Note: Orders for custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once placed, as these items are built specifically for you.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom products are made to your specifications and enter production immediately after your order is confirmed. These orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
If you're unsure whether your item is custom or made to order, contact us before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges and returns on many products within 30 days of delivery. However, return eligibility depends on the manufacturer and product brand. Some items cannot be returned once shipped. Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in brand new condition, we will initiate the refund, which typically takes 7 business days to post back to the original payment method. Refunds can be applied via the customer’s preferred method, including card or bank transfer.

Key return conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 25% restocking fee and return shipping charges apply to most non-exchange returns (especially for freight/LTL shipments).

  • If you are exchanging for a different product, we may be able to reduce or waive some fees—ask us for details.

Shipping Times & Delays

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page, based on supplier and freight information. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Manufacturer production timelines

  • Freight/logistics delays

We ask for your patience during unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

Important Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with Longevity Based, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You will inspect your item upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours, with supporting photos.

  • If you return an item after it has shipped, you are responsible for shipping and restocking fees (25%).

  • All returned items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to third-party delays.

  • You agree not to cancel your order or file a chargeback due to delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., manufacturing or shipping constraints).

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your package at delivery.
If damage is visible, note it upon signing and contact us immediately:

We will file a freight damage claim and assist you with the replacement process. Claims reported beyond 24 hours may not be valid.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Please refer to the specific product page for warranty coverage details.
Note: Damage that occurs during shipping must be reported within 30 days to qualify for warranty resolution. Issues caused by normal wear over time are not considered shipping or warranty-related.

BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Promotions

For refunds during BOGO promotions:

  • Both items must be returned for a full refund.

  • If only one item is returned, you will receive store credit or a replacement for that item.

  • Return shipping and potential restocking fees still apply if the order has shipped.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Chargebacks

We strive to be responsive, fair, and helpful in resolving any issues. If you experience a problem, please reach out first—our team is here to help.

Filing a chargeback before contacting us may be considered fraudulent.
We reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of dishonest or abusive chargebacks.
