Hand Massagers

Air compression

You slide your hand into a soft-lined sleeve. Airbags in the walls fill and release in programmed cycles, squeezing around the palm, the back of the hand and the fingers, and raised acupressure nodes press into the palm as they fill. No rollers move against the skin. Eight of the eleven listings here are air compression only: the LX29, LX3, LX7 (four colors), LX33 and LX37.

Kneading plus air compression

The LX30 and LX31 add rolling kneading elements (2 kneading modes) to the airbags, so the palm gets a moving, rolling press as well as the squeeze. The LX30 also massages individual fingers. Prefer an even squeeze with nothing rolling? Choose a compression-only model.

Vibration

The LX3, LX7, LX33 and LX37 add 2 vibration settings on top of compression.

• LX29, $53.97. Air compression and acupressure, 6 modes, 6 intensities, 3 heat levels up to 136 degrees F (the highest heat in the range). Covers the palm, back of hand and fingers. Charcoal Black.
• LX3, $94.97 to $98.97. Hand and wrist coverage, 6 modes, 6 intensities, 2 vibration settings, heat up to 107 degrees F, soft lining. Ships with a hand warmer, finger massager and storage bag. Lunar White ($94.97) and Charcoal Black ($98.97) are the same unit at slightly different prices.
• LX7, $112.97. An LCD touchscreen that sets 3 modes, 6 intensities, 2 vibration settings and heat up to 107 degrees F with one tap. Same extras as the LX3. Charcoal Black, Lunar White, Cloud Gray and Sand Beige: four colors, identical specs and price.

• LX30, $121.97. Kneading, compression and individual finger massage, 7 modes, 6 intensities, 2 kneading modes, 2 heat levels up to 125 degrees F, a built-in fan with a Cool setting, a timer and Pause. Charcoal Black.

• Heat. Up to 136 degrees F on the LX29 (3 levels), 125 degrees F on the LX30 and 120 degrees F on the LX31 (2 levels each), 107 degrees F on the LX3 and LX7. Lunix does not list heat on the LX33 and LX37; ask us if you want warmth and light in one unit.
• Red light. Only the LX33 and LX37 have built-in LEDs: 96 each, 64 red and 32 near-infrared. Lunix does not publish wavelengths in nm; ask us. On the LX37 a dedicated button switches the light on or off. For larger red light coverage of the hands, see red light therapy pads.
• Battery and charging. Every model is rechargeable and cordless with automatic shut-off. The LX30, LX31, LX33 and LX37 list USB charging. Lunix does not publish battery capacity or minutes per charge; ask us.
• Controls. A touchscreen on the LX7 and LX37; on-unit controls on the others. Smart Memory on the LX31 only; timer and Pause on the LX30 and LX31.
• Coverage and fit. Hand and wrist on the LX3 and LX33; hand and fingers on the rest, with individual finger massage on the LX30. Lunix does not publish internal sleeve dimensions; if you have large hands, ask us before ordering.
• Colors. Color never changes the specs. The LX3 colors differ by $4; the four LX7 colors are the same price.

• The lowest price, with the most heat: LX29, $53.97.
• Hand and wrist, with heat and extras in the box: LX3, from $94.97.
• The simplest controls: LX7 touchscreen, $112.97, in four colors.
• Built-in red light: LX33 ($102.97) for hand and wrist, LX37 ($116.97) for the whole hand with a touchscreen.
• A rolling, kneading feel: LX31 ($107.97) with Smart Memory, or LX30 ($121.97) with finger massage and a cooling fan.
• Legs, knees or feet: the same airbag mechanism on compression massagers; guns and back massagers on massage devices.

All eleven ship in gift-ready boxes with a charging cable. These are comfort massagers, not medical devices; if you have a hand condition, check with your doctor before using one, and do not use one over broken skin or a recent injury.

Every product on this page was in stock when this guide was written. Stock moves: a listing marked in stock ships within a few business days, a listing you can still add to cart without an in-stock badge is on backorder from the supplier (ask us for the lead time before you order), and a sold-out listing drops out of the grid and the compare table, so email us if a model you saw here is missing.
