The rack and bench setup
What one rack and one bench cover
A squat rack with safety bars and an adjustable bench is the pair that most strength programs are built on: squat, bench press, overhead press, rack pulls and pull-ups from the rack; flat, incline and decline pressing and dumbbell work from the bench. Everything else on a strength floor is an addition to that pair. The SFE Commercial Squat Rack and the FID Bench together are $2,998 before plates and bar, and the rack's storage posts hold the plates.
A squat rack (two uprights with J-hooks and safety bars, open front) is what SFE sells here; a power rack (four uprights, a cage you lift inside) is the enclosed version. For solo training the open rack with safety bars set correctly does the same job in a smaller footprint; a cage adds walk-in enclosure and more attachment points.
