Infrared Mats

A BioMat is a layered mat: a carbon heating layer, a tourmaline layer that releases negative ions, and a surface of amethyst crystals. The amethyst absorbs the heat and emits it as far infrared, which the body absorbs below the skin surface at a lower surface temperature than an electric pad. You lie on it for 20 to 60 minutes at a setting from gentle warmth to a deep sweat, as a daily rest and recovery session, before sleep, or under a massage table. The mats are low EMF by design and the heating layer is shielded.
