Usage Guidelines

• Stand 12–24 inches from the panel during use
• Begin with 5 minutes on LED mode
• Gradually build to 20-minute sessions
• Use COB + LED mode for higher intensity after acclimation
• For facial use, use LED only at 18–24 inches
• For focused exposure, align COB chips over target areas like spine, hips, or joints
• Use up to 5 times per week
• Two daily sessions are suitable if used on different areas of the body
• Minimize clothing for maximum coverage
