Usage Guidelines

• Distance: Stand or sit 10–18 inches from the device
• Time: Start with 5 minutes and gradually increase to 20 minutes per session
• Frequency: Up to 5 sessions per week
• Lighting Modes:
  - LED mode for surface-level exposure
  - COB mode for deeper intensity
  - Combine both for full output
• Goggles: Always wear included blackout goggles during use
• Pro Tip: Align COB light directly over target areas such as joints or large muscle groups for optimal coverage
