Usage Guidelines

• Red/NIR Mode:
  - Start with 5 minutes using LED only
  - Gradually increase to 20 minutes per session
  - Add COB mode for more intense exposure once tolerated
  - Maintain a distance of 10–18 inches
  - Use LED mode only at 18–24 inches for facial sessions
  - Recommended up to 5 sessions per week
• UVA & UVB Mode:
  - Begin with 1-minute sessions
  - Increase up to 5 minutes using the preset timer buttons
  - Always wear blackout goggles
  - Monitor for light erythema and adjust accordingly
