Warranty
SGROW provides a limited 5 year warranty covering manufacturer defects under normal use, beginning from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to the main unit and internal components. Consumable parts and accessories are not covered. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, improper maintenance, or commercial overuse is excluded from coverage. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components at SGROW’s discretion and requires valid proof of purchase and confirmation of proper use. This warranty does not include refunds, product exchanges, or upgrades.
