• Start with 5 minutes once per day and build gradually. Do not exceed 30 minutes per day total.
• Hydrate before and after each session. Consider eating protein before a session to support neuronal energy demands.
• Start with the Peace preset (9 min, 20%, 10Hz) if new to transcranial PBM. Move to Focus or Balance presets after the first week.
