Usage Guidelines

• Red/NIR Mode:
  - Start with 5 minutes using LED only
  - Build up to 20 minutes per session
  - Add COB mode for deeper coverage
  - Maintain a distance of 10–18 inches
  - Use up to 5 times per week
• UVA/UVB Mode:
  - Begin with 1-minute sessions
  - Gradually increase to 5 minutes
  - Use preset 1 / 3 / 5 minute timer buttons
  - Always wear blackout goggles
  - Monitor exposure time to avoid overuse
