The Guardian+ consolidates both into one mouthpiece. It adds 460nm blue light to the existing 630nm red and 850nm NIR configuration, with blue LEDs in the top row and red and NIR LEDs in the bottom row. Three light settings let you run blue only for whitening, red and NIR only for oral health, or all three together. Three 2 oz whitening gel pens using 36% carbamide peroxide are included.

An automated 5-minute timer manages each half of the mouth independently, run the first 5 minutes, rotate 180 degrees, run the second 5 minutes. The flexible BPA-free silicone mouthpiece is waterproof and charges via magnetic USB with over 2.5 hours of battery life per charge.

• Select your light setting, blue only for whitening, red and NIR only for oral health, or combo for both.
• Insert the mouthpiece and power on. The 5-minute timer starts automatically.
• After the first 5 minutes, rotate the device 180 degrees to treat the opposite row of teeth for another 5 minutes.
• Use once or twice daily. Clean and dry the mouthpiece after each session and store in the included case.
