ABOUT THE EDGE

The Edge Connected Spinner® Bike offers a higher handlebar height than the Pace, making it a value-focused option for taller riders or anyone who likes to ride with the handlebars raised.

ALL BIKES FEATURE:

  • Dual-sided SPD® compatible pedals for sneakers or cycling shoes
  • Transport wheels to make it easy to move your bike around your home
  • Adjustable seat and handlebars
  • Dual water bottle holder conveniently integrated into the handlebars

Will my bike come fully assembled? Do you offer assembly services?

While we don’t offer assembly services, your bike comes partially assembled, and putting it together is easy to do! It takes approximately 30–45 minutes with tools and instructions included. You can also view our Spin® Bike Assembly Video for step-by-step help.

How much space do I need for the bike?

The great news is that you don’t need a lot of space to have a Spin® bike in your home. The actual footprint of the bike is approximately the size of a yoga mat. Plus, the transport wheels on the bike make it very easy to move around, so you can store it in one spot and easily position it to your workout space when you’re ready to ride. What is the return policy for home bikes?

You have 30 days to return your bike in its original condition. A restocking fee may apply. Please review our Return Policy for full details.

What is a power crank?

A power crank measures your power output during rides, helping you track true effort and calories burned while improving your performance. The SPINPower® Performance Crank is compatible with select Spinning® home bikes and connects to cycling apps, including the Spinning® Indoor Cycling app.

What’s the weight limit for the bikes?

All Spinning® home bikes support riders ranging from 250 to 350 lbs. depending on the model. Please refer to the comparison chart and specs for each bike.

What height range does the bike fit?

Most of our bikes comfortably fit riders from approximately 4'10" to 6'7" tall; however, please see the comparison chart and specs for each bike, because the lower end models have shorter ranges for handlebar height and will not be suitable for taller people.

Return Policy

To request a return or refund, customers can use our contact form, email (support@longevitybased.com) , or phone - +1 (800) 686-5898. Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in brand new condition, we will initiate the refund, which typically takes 7 business days to post back to the original payment method. Refunds can be applied via the customer’s preferred method, including card or bank transfer. Shipping instructions and the return address will be provided upon contacting customer service. Shipping Policy

Customers may contact us by phone or email anytime to inquire about the status of their order. While we may not always have a tracking link available before the order ships, we are happy to check its current status for you. If an item is never received, please contact us immediately. Warranty

Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that Spinner bikes are free from defects in materials and workmanship, with all other Spinner parts covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase from an authorized Spinning dealer. This warranty applies to home use only, excludes labor, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, modifications, and requires proof of purchase and prior authorization for returns. Replacement parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, and repair or replacement is the sole remedy, with limitations on implied warranties and liability as permitted by law.
