What does the Hume Band 2.0 measure?
It records heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, overnight blood oxygen, overnight skin temperature, sleep stages, steps, distance and calories. It is a wellness tracker, not a medical device.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The Hume Health app is free and the Band works without a paid plan. Hume offers an optional paid Premium tier with coaching and reports.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 14 days per charge. It charges by USB-C, typically in 20 to 80 minutes depending on the battery level.
Can I wear it in the shower?
The Band is rated IP68 for dust and water resistance, and Hume says you can wear it in the shower.
Is there a warranty, and can I return it?
